To be eligible for this option, students must be:

1. Enrolled in distance education or online courses
2. Reside more than 50 miles away from campus

Iowa One Card (photo ID card) - the University of Iowa's official photo identification (ID) card

• I understand that as a student, I am eligible for an Iowa One photo ID card by appearing in person with a government issued photo ID at the Billing & ID Card Service Center or the UI Health Care Badge Center during normal business hours, or by submitting a photo using the University’s Online Card Request Application.
• I understand that an Iowa One Card may allow me to order items from the Hawk Shop Book Store online or by telephone and request for the purchase to be charged to my student account. However, if I wish to charge in person purchases to my U-Bill, I must present my photo Iowa One Card to the cashier. Charging purchases to the U-Bill is a privilege that is not guaranteed.  Restrictions may apply.
• I understand a fee will be charged if I request a replacement card.
